This little guy was about two months old for his newborn session! Usually in-home sessions take place in the first three weeks or so after baby is born, but I always tell people that there is a lot of flexibility with the age for in-home sessions. It is so cute when they are making eye contact and looking around, but are still cuddly!⁠

I adore the photos from this session- and this is just a reminder not to stress about baby`s mood! This precious little girl was having a rough morning on the day of her session, but as long as we work to make baby comfortable and take our time, timeless and sweet photos are always possible ❤️

I am noticing a shift in preference towards more interactive/relaxed newborn family posing, and I am here for it! It feels like chaos during the session, but allowing the sibling(s) to be themselves during a newborn session allows their unique and silly personalities to shine 🥰⁠
