Today, it is rainy and grey outside. In Raleigh for maternity photography, this weather isn’t that inspiring to me. But I can see leaf buds emerging, and the cherry trees are blooming! I can’t wait for the lush green and happy sunlight that comes along with Summertime. Does it get hot? Sure! Does it get humid? Absolutely! Are the pictures gorgeous? YES! I love the way that Summer light filters through the trees.
This beautiful couple had a great mini session at the NCMA Park, which is one of my favorite spots all year long. When I’m not photographing there, I love to bring my son to run around the trails and play on the rocks! And when we hot… head inside the museum to cool off and check out the art. It’s a great place to visit, for photos or just for a day out!
