Many people think that the most beautiful time of year to take family photos is in the Fall. And as a Family Photographer in Raleigh, I agree! Not only is it cooler in Fall after the sweltering heat of Summer, but the beautiful earthy tones of the leaves turning make for a lovely backdrop. I absolutely loved photographing this gorgeous family towards the end of my time in northern New York.

I don`t photograph very many outdoor sessions anymore- I love them, but my evenings are now full of my kids` activities, so I can only do a few per month. But Springtime makes me miss them... when everything starts blooming and turning green, and the light is so beautiful, it`s just *chef`s kiss*.
